My Web Service Isn’t Listed
Due to restrictions set in place by some web services (including AOL and Microsoft), we are unable to provide a way to log into the Battleground every way possible. If these companies do open up their services, we will add those options as they become available. Until then, this is an issue out of our control.
How do I log in?
The instructions on logging into the Battleground vary depending on which web service you decide to log in with. Click the links below for more detailed instructions for your web service of choice.
I get an error message saying “User registration is currently not allowed” after I log in.
As we link your Battleground account to your email address, if the email address to the web service you’re using does not match what we have in our system, you will not be able to log in. If you’ve changed your email address, you will need to let us know so that we can update our records.
My name is spelled incorrectly. How can I fix it?
After you’ve logged into the Battleground, you can click the Profile link in the upper-right corner of the site to update any information about your profile.
